Options on the Fee Structure

  1. $34/Person
Your church is not charged anything. Each attendee pays $34 and can register at your church, through our website, or by calling our toll free #. We simply ask—but do not require—that you do everything you can to get 30 people to attend the seminar. This is specifically designed so that smaller churches can be involved, but any size church can choose this option. Senior and Associate Pastors from Host Church may attend for free.
  2. $800 Plus All Expenses
Your church pays seeJesus an $800 speaker's honorarium, plus the speaker's transportation and lodging costs, shipping costs and a materials fee ($2/person for Person of Jesus). Notes: Our speaker is pleased to keep your cost down by staying overnight in someone's home if you are able to arrange it. If you choose to charge the participants to attend, we have found you get the best attendance with a registration fee of between $10-$25/person. [We would be happy to give you an estimate for this option prior to booking a seminar.]

Food & Refreshments

  • It helps if the church provides attendees a light lunch. Many churches absorb the cost of lunch or take donations to pay for it. Or you may send the participants out for a fast food lunch.
  • We suggest the church provide coffee and pastries during the morning registration time.

We Provide

  • Centralized registration through our website and toll free number or they may register at your church.
  • Book table (there is no financial obligation on the part of the church).
  • Name tags.
  • Seminar Speaker: Bob Allums , Tim Strawbridge or Paul Miller.

Advertising the Seminar

  • We provide a customized bulletin insert (PDF format), which should be copied and distributed two months prior to the seminar.
  • We encourage you to forward the bulletin insert to any sister churches or friendly churches in your area that you think might be interested.
  • We list your seminar on our website.

Speaker Accommodations

When needed, we depend on the church to make arrangements for our speaker to stay at someone's home during the seminar.

Other Needs

  • The speaker will need a lectern, large flip chart, easel, and a couple of large markers for both the morning and evening sessions.
  • Depending on the size of the room and how many attend, he may or may not need a sound system with a lapel microphone.
  • We prefer a casual/intimate setting for the seminar so if you have a fellowship hall that will seat the number of attendees expected this usually works better than meeting in the sanctuary.
  • Following the seminar, we may need you to ship our materials back to us. Shipping labels will be provided.

Volunteers

We do not send any of our staff to the seminar, except for the speaker. Therefore, we depend on the church to provide volunteers to handle the other duties. We generally need one volunteer for every 15 people that register, with a minimum of two volunteers. Their duties will be to setup and attend the registration and book tables, take care of distributing seminar materials, help with the morning refreshments if you choose to have them, and final cleanup. We give them each a free copy of Paul's book, Love Walked Among Us, and they may attend the seminar free of charge.
