You have purchased a Local Church Site License for the electronic book, The Person of Jesus Leader’s Manual. As the purchaser you are hereby granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to distribute the electronic book and print UNLIMITED paper copies for use WITHIN your local church (single site) and only for purposes that fall under the direct oversight of your local church (i.e., you may provide a copy to each pastor, teacher and small group leader so long as they will be teaching the study under the auspices of your church.) You may also install the electronic book on your church’s intranet so long as access is restricted to employees or volunteers working under the direction of your local church.

This license does not permit you to resell or otherwise distribute the electronic book or printed paper copies to anyone that would be using it without the direct oversight of your local church. Under no circumstances may copies of the electronic book be made available on public web sites, ftp sites, mailing lists, or by any other publicly accessible means.

You may not modify, adapt, transform, translate or create any derivative work based on The Person of Jesus Leader’s Manual, or otherwise use it in a manner that would infringe the copyright therein. Copyright notices, other notices or disclaimers included in this electronic book may not be removed, obscured or modified in any way.
