How do I enable my cookies?

If you are using a PC follow these five steps to enable cookies:

1. Select Inernet Options from the Tools menu
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Click the Default Level button
4. Make sure your Security Level is set to Medium or lower
5. Click the Ok button to save your settings.

If you are using a Mac follow these steps to enable cookies:

1. Select Preferences under the Edit menu
2. Click on Web Browser in the left-hand menu
3. Click on Security Zones
4. Make sure your Security Level is set to Medium or Low
5. Click on Receiving Files in the left-hand menu
6. Select Never Ask from the drop-down menu next to When receiving cookies:
7. Click the Ok button to save your settings.

NOTE: If you do not see the options listed above you will need to upgrade your Web browser.

My cookies are enabled, but I still can't log in. What do I do now?
