"Timo" is on the pastoral staff of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Lakeland, Florida. As Director of Community Groups, he recruits, trains, and supervises small group leaders. He also leads several discipleship groups and has developed a one-day Small Group Seminar to help churches start small groups. Timo is the seventh of seven children. At 6' 9", he played varsity basketball beginning in his freshman year at the University of Florida and then at the University of South Florida.

Following college he was a construction superintendent for a developer ('84-'97); then for two years ('97-'99) he was a developer building residential homes. He joined the pastoral staff of Trinity in 1999. He is married to Tina (since '86), and they have one daughter, Christin.
