In 1996 Keith joined Allen & Company, where he is currently serving as President and as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.

Keith completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 1991. In 2001 he completed his course work and earned the designation of Certified Financial Planner from the College of Financial Planning and, in addition, completed a one-year course and final examination in conjunction with the Wharton Business School and the Investment Management Consultants Association to earn the designation of Certified Investment Management Consultant. Keith holds a Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as being licensed in Life, Health and Variable Annuities.

His concern for the community is evident in his current board positions with the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and the Police Officer's Retirement Fund Board. He is an active member at Christ Community Presbyterian Church where he is one of the Sunday Worship Leaders and a Home Fellowship Group leader. In 1999, he was selected by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the "Top 40 under 40" business leaders in central Florida.

Keith's primary duties are focused on leading his growing family. He has been married for 13 years to his wife, Payton. They have three boys, Jacob (age 8), Luke (age 6), Matthew (age 5), and a daughter, Faith, (age 3 years).
